Hi, I'm Mara

With 23 years of self-study into personal development, along with my own journey of getting fit and healthy (losing 60+pounds, leaning out, gaining muscle, losing a whole lot of mental crap, and gaining confidence) I would say I am well qualified as a guide!! I know what it's like to feel your worst, and I know how great it feels when you're at your BEST! My heart wants that for YOU!

By focusing not only on the nutrition and movement needed, but also targeting the mental shifts that need to happen, we are able to find consistency in the habits we create, and feel EMPOWERED by our choices not deprived because of them.

It's a process, but a process I have been through and know ALL TO WELL!

WE WILL:

Dive deep into your personal schedule, and what you are currently doing and eating.

Evaluate what we can realistically change to fit into your life without it being a huge burden, and BUILD from there. Our goal is to alleviate stress not add to it.

Build a path so you can become CONSISTENT with these things, so the results and habits STICK and the lifestyle stays long after we are done working together. 

What’s the point of getting to your goal fast, if you can’t stay there?

My concentration would be to help you stay ACCOUNTABLE each week, cheer you on, while helping you learn how to incorporate healthier foods, recipes, and movement into your life to reach your goals.
  All while building that confidence and strengthening the mind-body relationship.

We will create new long-lasting habits by focusing on what you need to do to see the results.

Starting with simple healthy habits and building upon those as we go, we will tweak things as needed, and as you grow.  I will be there with you every week, as your guide, coach, cheerleader, or the kick in the butt you need.

 - Workouts/movement (meeting you where you are, but pushing you to grow)
 - Accountability and feeling proud of yourself, and your food choices!
